Policy Details
What happens when you share details through this website.
This policy is written for normal visitors, small-business clients, and project inquiries. It is not meant to be confusing legal language.
1. Information you may choose to submit
When you use a form or contact link on this website, you may choose to share details such as your name, email address, phone number, website URL, business name, project notes, budget range, timeline, screenshots, uploaded assets, or reference links.
- Project request forms may collect details needed to understand the scope.
- Free Quick Check requests may collect a website link and a short explanation of the issue.
- Contact buttons may open email, WhatsApp, Telegram, or another contact app depending on what you choose to use.
2. How submitted details may be used
Submitted details are used to understand your request, review the website or project context, reply to you, prepare a recommendation, estimate scope, and decide whether a payment link or next step is suitable.
- Your details may be sent to a business email inbox, including Gmail if used for notifications.
- Your details may be reviewed inside an admin or dashboard system so requests can be tracked properly.
- Your details are not sold as personal data.
3. Uploaded files, screenshots, and website links
Uploaded files, screenshots, reference websites, asset links, and website URLs are used only to understand the request, review the issue, or plan the agreed work. Please do not send passwords, payment card details, private login details, or sensitive customer data through public forms.
If private access is needed later, I will guide you through a safer way to share it after the scope is confirmed.
4. Payment links and third-party checkout
Payment links on this website may lead to Stripe, PayPal, or another payment provider. When you pay through those services, the checkout and payment processing are handled by the payment provider, not directly inside this website.
Please use payment links only after the project scope, amount, and next step have been confirmed in writing.
5. Storage, notifications, and request review
This website may use guided form flows, email notifications, and private review tools to help organize project requests more clearly. A form submission helps start the conversation, but it does not create an automatic project agreement, payment confirmation, or guaranteed booking by itself.
A project is only confirmed when the scope, price, timeline, and next step are clearly agreed in writing.
Submitted details may be kept for a reasonable period so I can follow up, review project history, manage request notes, or handle support questions. If you want to correct or remove something you submitted, you can contact me directly.
6. Browser preferences and basic website behaviour
This website may save simple preferences in your browser, such as your selected dark or light theme. This helps the website feel smoother when you return, but it is not used to confirm payments, approve projects, or replace direct communication.
If analytics, tracking, or additional tools are added in the future, this policy may be updated so visitors can understand what changed.
7. External links and service providers
Some buttons and links may take you to external services such as WhatsApp, Telegram, Stripe, PayPal, GitHub, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, or other platforms. Those services have their own privacy practices and terms.
When you use an external link, please review the information shown by that platform before sending messages, making payments, or sharing private details.
8. Privacy questions or data requests
If you have a privacy question, need to correct something you submitted, or want to ask about your project details, you can contact me directly.
