1) When should I pay?

Only after we confirm the scope and the final amount in writing (chat/email). If anything is unclear, contact me first.

2) How does pricing work?

Pricing is scope-based. I confirm the final amount after we confirm what work is included.

3) How long is a quote valid?

Usually for a short period (because scope can change). If time passes or requirements change, I may re-confirm the quote before payment.

4) What exactly is “scope”?

Scope is the exact list of work we agreed to do. Anything beyond it is a scope change (requires a new quote).

5) What’s included in the work?

Depends on your project, but commonly includes:

6) What’s NOT included?

Not included unless we explicitly agree:

7) How long will it take?

Timeline depends on scope and how quickly I receive access/assets. I confirm an estimated timeline before payment for anything beyond small fixes.

8) Can you do urgent / rush work?

Sometimes yes, depending on schedule and scope. If you need a rush timeline, tell me first so I can confirm feasibility (rush pricing may apply).

9) What happens after I pay?

10) What do you need from me before you start?

11) What access do you need?

Only what’s necessary. Depending on the job:

12) How do you handle passwords / security?

13) Will my website go down during fixes?

Most fixes are done to avoid downtime. If a change could cause downtime, I’ll inform you before proceeding and schedule it appropriately.

14) Do you use staging / backups?

Where possible, yes. For riskier changes, I prefer a backup (and staging if available) to reduce risk.

15) Do you guarantee performance improvements?

I focus on real technical improvements (cleanup, optimization, fixing issues). Exact results depend on current setup, hosting, and constraints, so I confirm realistic expectations after review.

16) Do you guarantee SEO rankings?

No one can guarantee exact rankings. I follow technical best practices that support SEO (speed, structure, hygiene), but rankings depend on many factors beyond a single change.

17) How many revisions are included?

Minor revisions are usually fine (small text/spacing tweaks). Major changes (new pages/features, new direction) are scope changes and require a new quote.

18) What counts as a scope change?

Anything beyond what we confirmed. Common examples:

19) How do scope changes work (price changes)?

If scope changes, I pause and confirm the updated scope + price before continuing. No surprises.

20) What if I change my mind mid-way?

No problem, just tell me. If it changes scope/direction significantly, I’ll confirm the new scope and price before proceeding.

21) Refund policy?

Refunds depend on progress and scope. For larger work, we can confirm refund terms in writing before you pay.

22) What if the Stripe amount looks wrong?

Stop and message me first. I can send a dedicated Stripe link or invoice that matches the agreed amount.

23) Can I split payments / milestones?

For most work, I prefer full payment after scope is confirmed. For larger projects, milestone plans are possible if agreed in writing before payment.

24) Do you provide a receipt / invoice?

Stripe typically provides a receipt/confirmation. If you need a formal invoice format, tell me and I’ll confirm what I can provide.

25) What reference should I include?

Please include: Business name + project (example: “YourBrand – Website Fix”). This helps match payments quickly.

26) What payment methods does Stripe accept?

It depends on your country and Stripe settings, but most clients can pay by card (and sometimes Apple Pay / Google Pay). If you face issues, message me first.

27) Alternative payment methods?

If Stripe doesn’t work for you, contact me first. I can suggest an alternative option depending on your location.

28) What about third-party costs (hosting, plugins, etc.)?

Third-party fees are separate from my service unless explicitly included. Examples: hosting renewals, premium plugins/themes, paid APIs, stock assets.

29) What support do you provide after delivery?

I can help with minor follow-ups related to the delivered scope. Ongoing maintenance/support can be discussed separately if you need it.

30) How do we communicate and how often?

We can communicate via email or chat. I keep updates simple and clear (start, mid-progress if needed, delivery). If urgent, message me and I’ll respond as soon as possible.

Reminder: If we haven’t confirmed scope + final amount yet, please contact me before paying.
